From The Language of Light to Meet the Masters: the whole filmmaking ecosystem taught under one light, from directing to distribution, sound to AI, the first frame to the festival premiere.
The first edition carries ten signature masterclasses, each with its own page and its own reel of images: The Language of Light, Visual Poetry, The Director's Mindset, Cinema in Public Spaces, Independent Film Financing in Europe, Festival Strategy Lab, From Script to Festival Premiere, The Future of Cinema, Creating Award-Winning Short Films, and Meet the Masters.
Behind them stands the catalogue: twenty disciplines photographed class by class, from directing and screenwriting to television, interactive storytelling, and industry and career development. Twelve to twenty classes run in the first edition, drawn from this field. Registration of interest is open on every class page.
The classes run in September 2026, exact times with the program; capacity is limited and announced with it. Most classes are open to all levels, each with its own requirement, from bringing one scene you want to light to a short watchlist sent before the class. Speakers are confirmed with the festival program.
